Camberwell Free Film Festival

A volunteer-run, free-to-attend annual film programme, held in Camberwell public spaces. Showing a wide variety of film, from cult classics and fan favourites to social histories, local investigations and stand-alone experiences.

South London Gallery

Established in 1891, the South London Gallery showcases the best in international contemporary art, complemented by an events programme for people of all ages and interests. Temple Bowling Club

Down a nondescript alley in Camberwell, if you ring the buzzer on the Art Deco building, Temple’s warm welcome awaits. You will find a 3-rink indoor bowling green and a 6-rink outdoor green. At its heart is a bar and veranda, where both social and bowling members can be found.

Blue Elephant Theatre

Founded in 1999 by Antonio Ribiero, The Blue Elephant Theatre is a 50 seat fringe theatre. You’ll find an eclectic programme of new work across the performing arts, from physical and dance theatre to new writing and revamped classics.
