Sophocles Bakery

Since 2003 owner George Galiotzakis has worked from 6am to 11 pm producing a dozen different breads, including the popular round sesame seed loaf Polytelias. They have 10 varieties of Greek pastries from Baklava to almond cake, 27 types of sponge cake, and no fewer than 22 different biscuits.
