See if it works for you and drives customers to your business. After this, you decide if you want to stay or not. Depending on how many people stay on the app, there will be a small monthly charge.
The app has been built with business owners in mind and already many BIDs and city centres in the UK are using it. The interface is easy to use but if you get stuck or have questions, we are here to help you.
Setting up your page won’t take long — usually just half an hour. After that, it’s up to you how much you use it. Spending a little time each month adding updates, offers or events will help you get the most from it. We estimate that just two hours a month will really benefit your business.
It is super simple to have an account on the app for your business or community group. Simply fill in this form and wait for an email from the app developers Loqiva. They will send you a link to set up your account. Click the link and fill in the required info to claim your account. Once you have your account set up, make sure you edit your business listing to ensure all the info is correct. You will then have access to adding events, offers and to send notifications.
Yes! Once you’re invited to set up your page, you’ll be able to request an in-person training session. We’ll walk you through how to make the most of the app’s key features, and you’ll have a chance to ask any questions. Just email us to find out more: hello@camberwell.life.
